I have always in the past had bad car buying experiences. December 28, 2016 was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Koons Annapolis Toyota. My sales representative Joe Gross made each experience very enjoyable. He's always managed to make me believe I can have any vehicle on the lot with a little perseverance, strategy, and a little hard work. He's such a positive, fun individual too. He was very professional, kind and courteous in helping me to pick out my first and second vehicle, and very attentive, going on test rides and getting me in the car that was just right for me, until I could finally get into the truck of my dreams. I will never go back to the dealerships in my past experiences. I absolutely found it hard to leave each time I bought my vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota because they actually made me feel as though I was a family member instead of just a sale. I can actually say my best car buying experience was with my Salesman Joe Gross of Koons Annapolis Toyota, who went above and beyond to somewhat guide me in how to get into the car of my dreams. Forget the horror stories about the sleazy sharks that populate some car lots; you are safe here. You will be lucky if you deal with the young man I dubbed the “Special Specialist”, Alex Chambers , Salesman Extraordinaire. Recently, I looked around the car lot after church on a Sunday morning. No pressure! That’s when I saw the gleaming “black beauty” with a cream, leather interior. I fixed an appointment with Alex the following day. He was there - charming, efficient and knowledgeable. Dealer’s tags, copies of documents and keys were taken care of quickly and away we went for the test drive! I asked for a longer spin to make sure this pack of horse power was the one. “Sure “, he said patiently, so I cruised down a couple other streets. His answers about the vehicle and the buying process were sound, not fluffy. I was reluctantly relinquishing a Toyota Corolla (accidents happen), but now it was time to sign on the dotted line again. Next, Alex escorted me to Tyrone Cypress, the Manager who worked his magic and walked me through the financing process. Meanwhile, they treated me to bottled water and other refreshments. Alex graciously hooked up my cell phone to the car and also promptly addressed one concern after the purchase. In all, it was a superior buying experience. All roads lead to Toyota in Annapolis! More

Takebackers I gave my offer and they had accepted it via phone, due to me being at work. Approximately 2-3 minutes later after accepting it, one of the salesman called me back and let me know that they had changed their mind and could not accept my offer any longer. Because it would be "too much of a loss" after all. Mind you, the lowest they said they could go when they called me back after accepting my offer was $1,000 higher than what we agreed upon. I definitely was shocked and mad at the time because I was excited to be able to get the truck on Saturday, and then it all slapped me in the face. First impressions matter. Update* I ended up getting a callback and there was miscommunication apparently. I finally did purchase the truck and got it for a good price. Not bad people, just need some improvement on communication and giving callbacks a little faster since I've called numerous times and left messages before and still never received a call back until a day or two later. Still waiting on a call back now actually because they're saying they haven't received my check from my back.(mind you I have called back multiple times today as requested to give them the tracking info and the persons name who signed for it at the dealership) More
