I was always weary about the process of navigating which dealership, which salesman, if I was going to be reeled in just to have my credit ran through and deal with all the extra run around that can come with buying a car, from experience with those around me and also reading reviews. I put off actually making it to a dealership due to picking one that felt right, but when I tell you..after inquiring about the car I found online, I was contacted by TY! Normally i am skeptical about about inquiries because of the influx of multiple sellers reaching out jusg to kake a quixk sell and not truly caring about the customers needs, wants, situations, etc. But from the moment we spoke his energy was amazing! He is extremely professional, charismatic, and thorough. He listened to me and my concerns about trusting the right person and dealership to go through, his energy and confidence alone made me feel like he is that person! I drove all the way from Frisco to Mesquite just to have him sell me my car! From the moment I walked in, I was met with warm greetings and made to feel comfortable and relaxed! He worked to get me the best deal and I highly recommend him for all your car buying needs! I will be sending whoever I know looking for a car to him!!! Also CAS! The finance manager, from the moment he greeted me he carried the same energy as TY, he was so warm and personal, he was even able to get me an even better deal than I anticipated or expected! He listened to all our stories, shared laughs, and he was very knowledgeable and experienced about the processes and we were able to complete everything without having to be stuck in the dealership all day. I HIGHLY recommend going to these two! They have made my car buying experience more pleasant than I could have ever imagined and I am extremely grateful I was led to them🙏🏾 My family and community will be referring everyone we know to these two in the future!!!!
