My 2017 Altima went into ship mode one day. After hours of tinkering and YouTube videos, I called the Waukesha dealership and spoke with Tyler Zimmerman. He listened to my situation and told me he would get back in touch with me. This was 2 days before Christmas as well. So, Tyler called me days later and informed me that it would cost me $1400 for parts plus labor. I was so disgruntled and asked if he could find out if I had any warranty left on the vehicle. Days later, I receive a call from Tyler telling me that he has great news. Yes, I do have an extended warranty. He told me the part was ordered and installed and my car is running perfect. I was impressed with the communication and attention to detail with Tyler. Overall, my best experience with a local car dealership. Great work Boucher Nissan of Waukesha!! More

I had my car towed to the when it would not start. It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. The service center assured me that they ran diagnostics but nothing popped u It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. The service center assured me that they ran diagnostics but nothing popped up; they also said they did checks after the regular oil change and tire rotation but again nothing pipped up. And now, a day or two later, the car has the same problem. So obviously, something was missed. More

After going through other Nissan dealerships that weren’t so great, this one clearly stood out as top notch service!. They were very thorough when checking over our vehicle. When I came to the dealership I was in a terrible situation. I had bought what would be considered a lemon from another dealership. Fantastic service, everything was done within a couple days. I was really happy with the communication from Lenny himself to Ryan as well.
