Zero stars for me. At this point I'm soon tired if dealing with this dealership. I don't recommend this place to any. I've called them after writing a review, and left messages for them to call me back. And still nothing. All I want is for them to fix the problem that should of been done before buying my car. I've told them about this issue with the Vehicle the fist month. now I have to pay out of pocket a large sume of money and still making payments.I would not recommend this dealership to no one. More

I bought my car from Yates Buick GMC on May 13th, 2023, my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures warranty expired because of the 63,000 miles that were on the carr. My car in back in the shop again because the throttle has to be replaced and it is covered under the manufacture warranty that I was told my car didn't have. I was lied to and it HAS NEVER BEEN DISCLOSED to me until 1/3/2024 that the repair is covered but now I have to pay a $250.00 deductible on the manufactures warranty that I didnt even know existed on my vehicle. The car has been nothing but problem after problem and I don't feel safe in this vehicle and I am not sure if the work is being done correctly. I bought a 2020 crap Encore and I believe this car is a liability and hazard. Yates ought to be ashamed of themselves for lying and selling substandard vehicles to their customers. Bottom line is you guys have lied to me and not once disclosed that there is still a manufacturers warranty on this dang vehicle. More

i bought a 2018 Challenger from their dealership (Yates Buick gmc)about two months ago.the report that was provided by them showed that car is 100 clean(auto check elite dealer) (no accidents whatsoever).I Buick gmc)about two months ago.the report that was provided by them showed that car is 100 clean(auto check elite dealer) (no accidents whatsoever).I tried to trade the car at another dealership just to get another car and that is when I found out by using(Carfax) that the car has been in a collision where the airbags where deployed ;the car was a rental and was bought from an auction originally.they(Yates) were only gonna take the car back if I ended up paying them a few thousand dollars and forgetting about the original down payment that I made(5000$).they don't wanna take the car back and unwind the deal.the car is 10000$ less in value now.and what they did is fraud.i will complain.i will take legal action .I am leaving a review so people can know and be aware.... so let me tell you what happened with me in this dealership and their Ghost cars. so we apply for a 2016 Jeep they ran the numbers we were approved and somehow the jeep was taken to auction without dealership and their Ghost cars. so we apply for a 2016 Jeep they ran the numbers we were approved and somehow the jeep was taken to auction without anyone knowing so then they pointed us to another 2012 Jeep which wasn't on the lot either we ran the numbers I sat down and waited 2 hours to sign, I left my deposit and I was told that the jeep was going to be to given to me two days after I signed which was a Wednesday. I originally was told that the vehicle needed an oil change and then two days later I was told the vehicle had electrical issues and then now today I was told that there was something wrong with the head of the vehicle so they wanted to unravel the deal but come to find out they were sending pictures to my wife for a new Jeep a 2018 and they were trying to put us in that jeep anyone who buys a vehicle from this dealership beware they have no idea what the xxxx they're doing also they're so excited that they sold 250 vehicles in one month but the two vehicles they sold us weren't even on the lot. right now I'm searching attorneys if anyone knows of any attorney that I can talk with that I can I'm going to hold this company accountable for what they did they misrepresented the vehicle they bate and switched us and I'm sure there's other xxxx they did that I really can't pinpoint. xxxx YATES GMC!!! Never again. and if anybody reads this and gets deterred from buying a vehicle from then I'm glad I hope I can deter as many people as possible from buying any vehicles from this company ever again they are shady characters Beaynth ll, Dale and Brent beware of all of them all More

Best expeirance buying a truck, after a long day of going to all the wrong places I ended up at Yates and I was impressed from the minute i met our salesman and together we worked a deal with no pressure.
