I was told they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty, which was made to seem like it was free of charge. Then when it came time to do paperwork, I was charged $2000 for it and when I was told that I didn which was made to seem like it was free of charge. I feel like the finance guy scammed me by manipulating the interest rate really high to start with and just pushing numbers around so I didn’t really get a deal. It took four days to get my car after I was told maybe that night or the next morning I messaged the salesman a couple times About something with the car and it’s been five days and he still hasn’t responded to me, but I got the situation taken care of myself not a very good all-around experience. I do enjoy my car. I would just go to a different dealership next time. More

(With explanation we already provided the sale’s man and manager) The finance man was so annoyed by my husband’s directness and unwillingness to listen to his sales pitch that he was cold, very rude, and even forgot to take our deposit for the vehicle. He ruined the entire buying experience. My mom has bought multiple cars here and sent us because of how great her experience was. Our experience did not compare to hers. More
