Went in for a complimentary oil change and a flat tire that needed looked at for possible repair. They were unbelievably quick, oil changed, cabin filter and fixed the flat tire in 23 minutes! My 2013 VW Passat TDI had an issue with the AdBlue heater. It was taken care of under warranty (the car is 9 years old) and the service technicians did a good job of assessing other needs and making r heater. Communication was great - the new service tool is awesome! More

Friendly and helpful. Treated me well. Promised full tank of gas at pick up of such, bit had only 1/2 tank. Took good care of me otherwise. Even Promised to send new O2 sensor which was called out on tank of gas at pick up of such, bit had only 1/2 tank. Took good care of me otherwise.
