This place is a scam. Extremely over priced work. There have been several times I’ve stopped in for an oil change and been told I needed 4k-8k worth of work on my 2008 Tun Extremely over priced work. There have been several times I’ve stopped in for an oil change and been told I needed 4k-8k worth of work on my 2008 Tundra, only to take it to another mechanic and either find no issue or a very small (cheaper) solution. Will never come back, do not recommend- ever. More

This dealership doesn’t know how to interact with customers. Charging for anything to make money. The warranty is no where near expired and they don’t want to do an inspection. They want me to pay fo customers. Charging for anything to make money. The warranty is no where near expired and they don’t want to do an inspection. They want me to pay for the inspection when it’s covered by the warranty. Then what the heck is the bumper to bumper warranty or THE BEAMAN LIFE TIME WARRANTY, this is just a bunch of crap that they take money for. They don’t deserve it, they don’t deserve to be even rated at one star. I am going to sell my Toyota and go somewhere else where they keep their word and not scam customers. Horrible service, horrible place, horrible attitude, and fake advertisement. DONT BUY FROM HERE AND DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE EITHER!!! More

I scheduled my car to have an oil change and tire rotation via the valet service. When I got my car back there was a large dent in it. I called dealership multiple times a day for 3 days. Every tim rotation via the valet service. When I got my car back there was a large dent in it. I called dealership multiple times a day for 3 days. Every time I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the day from the manager. A phone call never came. Waste of my time. I then took my car in person to the dealership to have the dent addressed. I was told how sorry they were and that the entire panel would be replaced. When I had scheduled to drop my car off at Beaman collision they couldn’t find any evidence of my appointment. 2 hours later Beaman collision got in contact with the dealership and confirmed the appointment. Waste of my time. After I was told by the dealership that the whole panel would be replaced, I go to pick up my car and find out that all they did was pull the dent. It is still visible and now it looks like my car had been in a wreck and half xxx repaired. All in all, my oil change/ tire rotation resulted in a dent in my car, 10+ hours of my time tracking down leads due to crappy communication, and a half xxx repair that has caused the value of my car to decrease. Scheduled service with a service rep over the phone. Utilized the early drop off at 5am for my appointment at 6am. When I arrived back at 7:15am my vehicle had not moved. I went in to enquire and the Utilized the early drop off at 5am for my appointment at 6am. When I arrived back at 7:15am my vehicle had not moved. I went in to enquire and they had no booked appointment for me in their system. They (Corky) said he would put it in line (with an "I'm doing you a big favor, because you screwed up not us" tone) and that it would take 2.5 hrs. This is not the first time I have had issues with Beaman service or Corky. I don't understand why he hasn't been put in the dark parts cage away from people because he has zero customer orientation. Four years ago when I first started going to Beaman for service, I gave them an excellent rating, which was well deserved. However, something bad has happened with Service (I am looking at you Beaman Senior management). Don't even get me started about a mechanic keeping my custom lug key. Thanks for the promises to replace it, but you never did. I realized this morning that every time I go in I am expecting the worst. Beaman has delivered on that time and time again. This is a breakup message Beaman, hopefully others read this and won't make the same mistake I did. Good bye beaman. More

Tried Scaring me into $900 Up-Sale Charges as car held hostage after being lured in by "routine maintenance". We bought our Toyota from Beaman in 2019, and it's got around 15,000 miles on it now. They ta hostage after being lured in by "routine maintenance". We bought our Toyota from Beaman in 2019, and it's got around 15,000 miles on it now. They talked up the free maintenance at the time of purchase. This week the car said it was time for some. So, I called to schedule an appointment. On that call, they told me the required maint was an oil change and tire rotation, and there would be no charge. When I dropped the car off, the person confirmed what they were doing and said, "I see you bought it here, so no charge today." I sat in their waiting area for about two hours when my phone rang. It was a Beaman rep. who proceeded to list off 9 additional "maintenance" items they recommended for a cost of over $900. They were VERY PUSHY about it. Thankfully, I caught how careful they were with their wording. It was apparent they were reading from a script, like an annoying telemarketer. So, I said, "this is insane; I just came in for the free oil change. Why wasn't I told about this when I called or dropped it off? Does Toyota require this to keep the warranty valid? That is when they finally admitted, "oh well, these are things we will always recommend every 2 years or 20,000 miles.?" In other words, it is nothing to do with the condition of the customer's vehicle. It is just a way to scare people into accepting up-sales. So, I said, "give me a list of what you want to charge me for. I'll research and bring the car back if it's necessary." Then, and only then, did they inform me the maintenance I brought it in for today was not free. I had to give them $196.56 to get my car back. I have researched everything on the list of up charges they gave me. Toyota recommends not one thing that list. A mechanic I spoke to says it would be nuts to do some of the things on the list unless your car is experiencing related issues. More

I bought a new 4Runner TRD over a month ago. Went in with my own financing and they convinced me to finance with them instead, saying they could get me a better rate. MASSIVE mistake. They got my SS# complet my own financing and they convinced me to finance with them instead, saying they could get me a better rate. MASSIVE mistake. They got my SS# completely wrong when finalizing my loan app after I'd already signed papers and left, and 2 1/2 weeks later had still not paid off my trade in. Apparently they have some crazy policy where they won't pay off the trade-in until the new loan is financed. No one contacted me when the SS# error was discovered. I had to call THEM to find out why my trade in wasn't paid off. It was 100% their mistake... the SS# they used wasn't remotely close to mine and there's zero chance I wrote it down wrong, and there was no point during the paperwork review where I got the chance to confirm my information so it was all on them. It took 2+ weeks of me texting, calling, and emailing almost daily after that to get the loan straightened out. Now it's been over a month since I bought my vehicle and they only just got my loan funded and my trade-in STILL has not been paid off. The late payment is definitely going to hurt my credit, which I have worked very hard to maintain in excellent standing. DO NOT trust this place with taking care of your financing and loan payoff... make sure you keep after them to see that it's been resolved or they will screw your credit up. I will never go back to this place and recommend to everyone I know to buy elsewhere. I love my new vehicle, but this has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. More
