My buying experience at Northside Lexus was fantastic every step of the way. I first spoke on the phone with Tyler Stephens, and he patiently and thoroughly explained several car options that might meet every step of the way. He treated me like a long time friend and quickly earned my trust. Since Tyler works in pre-owned vehicles, he connected me with John Breaux to look at new cars. John is incredibly polite and kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for in a car. He suggested a few models/trims that would meet my needs and explained the attributes of each car. He was never pushy but instead asked questions as we looked at/drove different vehicles, which allowed me to figure out the best car for me. Since purchasing my car, I've contacted John a few times with questions about different features of my car. He seemingly knows everything about my car and answers my questions, always telling me I can reach out again any time. I returned to Northside for a technical training on my car and worked with Herb. He is the most patient teacher I've ever had. I appreciate that Northside Lexus provides this training, and my experience with Herb was excellent.
