One we had an appointment with one of your sales people at 10:00am. The sales person didn’t even come in while we were there. We never met him in person even to this day. Another sales associate was kind enough to help. He did a fine job except we asked that the ionizer be used to dispel the cigarette odor. We were told that the ionizer would work and the smell would disappear. When we came back to pick up the car the only thing that had been done was some kind of deodorizer had been used but I don’t believe the ionizer had been used. We are now spending a lot of time to get the smell out of the truck. More

Used truck I own a 2004 Ram 1500 it is my second one i needed a backup truck sence mine has 222,000 miles. I looked at other trucks and got the run around I saw I own a 2004 Ram 1500 it is my second one i needed a backup truck sence mine has 222,000 miles. I looked at other trucks and got the run around I saw this one and drove it I knew it was as is but they took a little more off to cover cost to fix it was nothing major but it covered the repair cost. I will buy a third vehicle from them as soon as my wife's car is paid off More
