Walked in and ignored; it didn't get any better. Stopped in after trying to set up an appointment to see a used Ram 2500. After walking in and two sales members turning their back on me (including LT), Tyler was kind enough to try to help as I waited for 45 minutes for Mike Parrish. I eventually made an offer ($45K on a sticker of $49K) on a used Megacab, and was ignored, and wasn't offered a counter. It honestly is the strangest treatment I have ever experience while purchasing a vehicle. I will not and can not recommend working with the Glenbrook Dodge team. More

My loan was a little tricky due to the fact that I was still dealing with the total loss of a previous vehicle. Lamont went the extra mile in contacting my finance company and making sure everything went smoothly. It can be overwhelming when purchasing a new vehicle but both of these gentlemen work very hard to make sure I got what I needed. More
