Had to borrow screwdriver paint blister no fix.no receipt. insisted he gave me a receipt.on top of all this my license plates off of my Silverado . Had to borrow screwdriver paint blister no fix.no receipt. insisted he gave me a receipt.on top of all this my son works for Yark and I just wasn't going to say anything so it's ,not to rock the boat so I presume this will stay confidential . NoSirius turn no orientation trade $11,500 ask $18,500 ! Waat !Tim was great he explained everything in detail step by step he was very kind and got me a loaner car. This is no new information I've answered 3 questionnaires. I would give him six stars! Hidden money !the comment was made for what I paid for the car they won't fix it got a new windshield and key fob. That should be enough. Spent $20 on touch up paint fixed it myself. I still have a rattle in the overhead console. More

I am beyond disappointed in this company. I was warned about them but I found a car on carguru and gave them a shot. I specifically said to everyone that I wanted to deal with my credit union only and not about them but I found a car on carguru and gave them a shot. I specifically said to everyone that I wanted to deal with my credit union only and not their financing and their loan specialist Ramone still managed to screw that up. They asked how I was going to do my loan and I said I already secured a loan with my credit union. They then asked if I was putting money down and I said again, through my credit union. They faxed all the paperwork work to my credit union which they added in that I was putting $1500 down for them which is not true. I had to do everything over the phone for the loan due to Covid so at no point was I able to go over paperwork. Ramone told me he would communicate total price to my credit union rep. I went and got the check from my credit union and brought it to Ramone, signed papers during which he spent a lifetime trying to upsell me and finding a way for me to go through him and not my credit union. Eventually he gave me the keys and said congrats. Two weeks later I get a call demanding a deposit of $1500. We went back and forth. He explained the check was short yet agreed to it all and let me walk out of the building with the keys the day I gave him the check. I started getting 20+ calls from him in a single day and a massive amounts of text messages claiming they are gonna hold my title that my temp tags will expire and they will send it to collections. The next day hes blowing me up again with calls and texts demanding the car back. He told me the company doesn't care about customers and only he does and to only talk with him stating that he's “on my side” and “they won't understand”. Finally the 3rd day I politely told him to not contact me that I would contact his supervisor the following day since it was already late and he was harassing me non stop at all hours of the day. He said sounds good and gave me a name to ask for like I'm that ignorant ?! I was even getting 3 calls back to back while I was working then texts right after. I told him previously I would fix the discrepancy with the check and to please give me time and he explained that its not acceptable and he needs the car back because it has an outstanding balance, yet he was the one that gave me the keys and said congrats on the new car. The next morning I got a call from a man who claimed to be his supervisor named Chris saying ramone came to him and gave him the story... This whole situation just sounded like Ramone was trying to cover his mistake and his coworker had his back. The supervisor immediately started blaming my credit union and I explained that Ramone from the get go stated it was his fault. I even have text messages of Ramone saying it was his fault and that he miscommunicated with the sales person. The guy immediately started going on about how this sales person was the best in the company and defending the sales person when I never said anything was wrong with the sales person to begin with. Therefore, I don't see why he was being so defensive. The guy didn't want to hear me and said he wasn't going back and forth on this saying the credit union should have been able to fix this. He was also trying to say I said something I didn't because that's what Ramone told him. I even said to both of them the conversation between Ramone and I was recorded so why not listen to the recordings to prove I was being truthful? Also no one answered me on how Ramone let me leave with the car without paying this so called deposit I supposedly said I would pay? I would have clarified before I even got the keys that I was not going to put down a deposit with them. All in all, I just went to purchase a vehicle through you and all financials were to be dealt with with my credit union. I paid quite a bit of money for this vehicle and even if something came up short, the fact that Ramone would not even give me TWO days without harassing me every hour at least is sad to say the least. Especially considering your company has already received $16k from me for the car. I have all the call logs and text messages to prove how often and what times of day this man called me. I'm highly disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service. More
