Where do I start about my absolutely amazing experience! !! (Between 11/09/24-11/13/24) I inquired about a particular vehicle I saw listed on the website. I then began emailing back and forth with Jasmine Wo !! (Between 11/09/24-11/13/24) I inquired about a particular vehicle I saw listed on the website. I then began emailing back and forth with Jasmine Woodward regarding the vehicle in question. She answered any questions I had and helped me as best as she could. After continuing to speak with her, I began talking with Shayne Norton through text message about another possible vehicle option. The vehicle I was interested in was being used as a courtesy service loaner, as was another vehicle I brought up (which was a bummer). Eventually, I began speaking with Kameron who sent me two different buyer’s orders for a brand new 24 Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. One was using the special interest rate, the other was with a discount and rebate. After reviewing both options, I figured that vehicle regardless would’ve been out of my budget. I saw there was a Mazda 3 with the Sport Package and we decided to try that one. During the process of getting things going on that one, someone who came into the dealership was interested in the same vehicle, and eventually purchased it. So it was basically back to the drawing board with the Preferred Model. Jasmine emailed me an updated buyer’s order on it as I decided to go with the rebate and discount offered. After going through the credit app process, I was called on the 13th and was told that I was approved for the Mazda 3 Preferred package. (I was speechless). I was asked by Kameron when I could come in and fill out the paperwork and pick up my new car. Upon arrival, I let Kameron and Jasmine both know I was there, (Kameron had come in on his day off to finalize this deal). Once we started the paperwork, I was informed of one of two hiccups. The first was Kameron informed me somebody thought I was putting money down which increased the agreed payment by $8 and change. The second was that my zip code was incorrect, which I caught and was immediately corrected in the computer. Kameron stayed and helped me get everything set up on the car, all the while answering any questions I had regarding different features and going over them with me. The gentleman in Finance was very friendly, and easy to talk to not pushing anything on me, just mentioning that he had to go over the usual things with me. Overall I’m so very happy, and am enjoying my new car. Yes, this is the first Mazda I’ve ever owned. I should’ve bought this car in the first place instead of the car I traded in. I normally handle everything with my Mazda but service with my ABS, I needed some help. After having a HORRIBLE experience with Mazda in Gainesville. I called Katelyn, and she got me in ASAP. She made me feel like all my thoughts were valid and told me everything was going to be ok. I truly felt so taken care of at Jenkins. A complete 180 from the Gainesville experience. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Justin about all the information I had collected before arriving and NEVER once did I feel put down. He took all the information I had and made sure to keep me updated as things progressed. I never felt pressured and was fully informed the whole time! Thank you, Katelyn and Justin, for taking away my dealership fear! More

Max was awesome from beginning to end! Very knowledgeable on cars’ details and features. STAYAWAY, Day of getting the car, they renigged on the sale, after they accepted full amount of a wire transfer. reason giving by Justin, Nikki, Brandon, he didn't know car was sold a month ago, no simila sale, after they accepted full amount of a wire transfer. reason giving by Justin, Nikki, Brandon, he didn't know car was sold a month ago, no similar car available in entire state, no car in transit in the next month. Both statement are 100% false. BUT he will do me a favor and give the next upgrade for a discount. I got my money back overnight, minus wire fee after the statement I made "I'm in touch with a lawyer" other wise they will start re-fund paper work. Bottom line they took advantage of the fact that I couldn't not come in person because current car is dead, and female over 65. Oh! the entire time the imaginary car was still listed on Jenkins website. More
