This Lexus location is beautiful and from the welcoming receptionist to meeting Tyler, we were impressed. We received a tour of the many amenties that Lexus offers their customers and truly we were awestruck on the atmosphere, the comfortable seating and working areas along with the huge complimentary drink and snack area. I wanted to purchase a car to deliver in time for my spouse's birthday and Lexus delivered. Tyler was so helpful and professional and asked all the right questions to get us to the right vehicle. Matter of fact, as we discussed vehicles their wasn't a question Tyler couldn't answer and he just made the entire process so plesant that we now have our new go to auto partner for the future! I travel 50 miles to buy my vehicles at this dealership; there are two other Lexus dealerships closer that I will not go to. I would probably drive 75 miles to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. We brought our car to Lexus for a second opinion. We were very impressed with Jacob Rocha ( service ) . He took the time to get pictures to show us where the leaks were and explain everything. After some thought we decided it was time to turn our 2009 Lexus in . Tyler was wonderful with the sales process . Once the paperwork was done , he took the time to go over everything on the car . We would highly recommend Tyler Peck also and give him a 5 star plus . The financial aspect ( signing papers ) was done with Chad . He made the process very easy .
