By far the worst car buying experience ever. We drove 1.5 hours for a specific vehicle that we had inquired about via email two days prior. We were quoted values for two trade ins via email and given an 145pm appointment to come in. Upon arrival, we test drove the car. The salesman despite us having an appointment, knew nothing of the vehicle and couldn't answer questions without looking things up. Our keys were then taken at this point for the appraisals. Over an hour later, trade value came in over 10k less than quoted via email. We wanted to walk out at this point, but they had our keys. Turns out a sales manager was sending emails to me in the sales persons name and had no business giving the figures he did. It was a very shady and deceptive tactic to get us in person even after I questioned the amount. The used car manager ultimately stepped in and tried to do his best to make things right and we arrived at a value that worked for both of us. After signing the initial agreement it was more than another two hours of waiting before there was any movement. Turns out that they submitted all the info as if we lived in Delaware when we are from PA so again we waited longer for things to be finalized. During our wait, I watched salesman scrolling facebook on their work computers which were visible to anyone in the room. If they weren’t on their computers they were on their cell phones. We were finally taken up the hill to a different building where we waited even more to see a finance manager. This too came with numerous issues. Paperwork had the SUV I was purchasing listed in spots as a station wagon and as a truck in another location. The trim package was also incorrect. Each finance manager has a fancy table top big screen on their desk that showed customers personal information the whole time we were present. One person quoted a certain number and the next had something completely different. Nothing went smoothly. Everything was disjointed. It was obvious that details and customers didn’t matter. Ourisman was 100% about quantity over quality. I will never recommend them to anyone - not even my worst enemy. 0/10 do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would. I gave our salesman 3 stars because he was clearly new and caught in the middle of this terrible deal. More

Ourisman dealership was a pleasant surprise, the staff was friendly and helpful, the buildings were very clean, and all the used cars were in good to excellent condition. was friendly and helpful, the buildings were very clean, and all the used cars were in good to excellent condition. More
