The employee i dealt directly with was unprovokedly rude. When I called to kindly request an update before the upcoming weekend, after not hearing anything for 5 days, I received a very snarky response. I understand that this dealership appears to be overbooked and overwhelmed however this is not my responsibility to worry about as the customer. My father worked for the Ford dealership in Lewiston for over 30 years! And one thing I know for sure is this is not Fords standard on how to treat customers. There was just no need for that. Furthermore it concerns me that when I called for that update and received that super snarky response the gentleman told me they were test driving my truck right now and he would call me back. When he called back I expressed to him that his hostility toward me was unwarranted and that I would be picking my truck up immediately. Interestingly enough when I picked my truck up it had the same exact mileage in as it did out. So riddle me this FORD.... How in the world did you manage to test drive my truck and not put a single mile on it. Not even 1? This dealership is either unaware of the negative disgruntled disposition of its employee or this is how they do buisness. Either way it's sleazy and I will never return. Frankly Tyler Neal needs an immediate attitude adjustment coupled with extensive training on how to respond to customers. I took my truck to another shop and in less than 48 hours it was repaired, and I already had it back. BIG MISTAKE FORD! Lifelong customer gone in an instant. More
