Do not buy a car from here! I bought a Rubicon from them last month and it has been a nightmare. I received a call two weeks after purchasing asking me to come back in because a I bought a Rubicon from them last month and it has been a nightmare. I received a call two weeks after purchasing asking me to come back in because a final inspection was not done. That in itself was a mess when I showed up. Then two weeks after that, my check engine light came on. I took it to a CDJR location closer to me and it is believed that they were just adding coolant to top it off instead of fixing the problem prior to the inspection. I contacted the Frisco location where I bought the vehicle, and it was a joke. I can't even make up what I have gone through with them. They have lied, promised to call me back and did not, and basically did everything they could to avoid the situation at all cost. I would assume this is because they would have to take responsibility for everything. I have asked to speak with the GM Tyler and left voicemails myself. I was told he would call me back and still have not received anything. It is VERY obvious that once we signed the papers, they were out and not willing to even speak with me. I am beyond disgusted with the whole situation. I've had my jeep for a month, only 25,000 miles on it and have hardly driven it. I hope that anyone reading this takes my advice and stays away from this dealership. More

I would NOT recommend buying a used car for them. 5 weeks after purchasing a used vehicle , the check engine light came on. Took it to a dealership closer to our home. There was a leak in the cool 5 weeks after purchasing a used vehicle , the check engine light came on. Took it to a dealership closer to our home. There was a leak in the coolant system. We were told that it looked like someone had probably known that there was a leak and just topped it off. We purchased a warranty which included a rental car when warranty work was being done. We continue to call Will( the salesman that sold us this car) He continues to say he will talk to his manager and call back. That never happens! We have tried to talk to the GM, sales manager, parts manager….. our calls go straight to voicemail. They refuse to call us back. 5 days now with no rental! This is just one of the many issues we have had with them. They forget to do the state inspection when we bought the car. Called us and didn’t mention that. Instead wanted us to come back over to the dealership to get a tank of gas and a wash . Finding out that they were just trying to not have to tell us that the inspection had not been done. This was about three weeks after we purchased the car. I can go on and on with other deceptive things they have done! I will never buy a car from them and will pass the word on to anyone that I know looking to purchase a vehicle! More
