Came in the next day for a test drive and Tyler and Stephanie worked with me through a payment issue. I ended up going to the bank as Tyler stayed past closing on a Friday to accommodate. Everyone that I worked with was extremely friendly and up-front with my entire experience and I really enjoy my new car. More

What stood out the most for me was after we agreed on the deals and the prices, Joe walked into the finance manager's office for approval. We have all been through this part, right?? I was wrong again. He came back several minutes later with LOWER prices for both cars than what we already agreed on! I tell everyone considering a new car to talk to Joe Bellian for this reason.
