Policy of charging 2% for the use of a credit card is

Had I been informed at the start, I would have left (no doubt why I wasn’t told) since I didn’t have my checkbook with me (came in for an oil change and inspection sticker, didn’t expect a bill of $850!). The 2% felt like you were kicking me when I was down.
If your owner had some savvy (not really a substitute for morals but …), he would charge more and offer a 2% bonus for using cash/check. Explained up front.
For 17 years I have happily driven across the parish to deal with a dealership I trusted. You blew that trust for an extra $17. Not smart business!

I checked my 2020 Tundra in for a replacement keyfob and
a program. I advised the service person I would be waiting and was asked if my phone number on file was correct and said they would call as soon as t

After about fifty min I walked back to the service writer area and noticed my vehicle sitting in the completed isle but I never received a call. The service person that wrote me up was on a call. So I walked up the hall and another person asked if I needed help and I informed him I had been waiting he then lead me to another adviser's office who was suppose to handle my vehicle and he asked him to handle checking me out. My purpose for this writing is the question of why no one called and they knew a customer was waiting on the vehicle ?
