This was my first time visiting a BMW dealership, and the experience was better than expected. Mike was great, he was not pushy and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle I had wanted experience was better than expected. Mike was great, he was not pushy and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle I had wanted was at another dealership and Mike was trying to switch and move around vehicles to get it for me, but the other dealership had sold the SUV. I was a little disappointed when that happened. However Mike communicated with me throughout the process and ordered me the car I wanted, he really went above and beyond. I am very satisfied with my purchase and plan to stay a customer of Freehold BMW. Thank you. More
