I came to the dealership about three months ago with the intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on t intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on the vehicle. Great. The salesman asked me to give him two hours to do his homework and he would call me. I didn't realize two hours meant TWO MONTHS. Yes he called back two months later. Frustrated, angered, upset, understatements. This would have been the four vehicle I would have leased from organization. Instead, I figured you didn't want/need my business, I had running boards put on the vehicle I was leasing and in October I bought it outright. Your parts team wanted to charge me $950 for the running boards, this did not include installation. I found a place that put on the best running boards you could buy, they are guaranteed for life and it cost me $825 total. This dealership went from a five to a two with me. The sad part is three of my family members have bought the same vehicle I have because of my belief in Henry Brown. This is no longer the case. More

Tyler has been very patient and did not pressure me which ensured that I came back to purchase this vehicle 2 months later. Once there he knew what I wanted and I bought the first GMC Terrain Denali. Car is ensured that I came back to purchase this vehicle 2 months later. Once there he knew what I wanted and I bought the first GMC Terrain Denali. Car is fabulous. So happy. More

He is very friendly. Listened to our needs and answered our questions. No pressure from him and didn’t try to upsell as he knew our needs. When we came to a roadblock, he was helpful & even called his manager to help us, who was just as helpful. When we came back to pick up truck from installations, he recognized us & helped to remove our blocked in truck. He is a valuable person for Henry Brown. More
