Best car buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased autos before and it felt like I was pulling teeth as they say. Tyler made the experience so much nicer and with a lot less angst. If all salespersons were like Tyler I would buy more often, because the experience has always turned me off before. Tyler knew so much about the van we purchased, it was a pleasant surprise not to hear "I don't know but I can find out". He knew everything and explained it so even us OLD FOLKS could understand it. I am from Columbus so I originally found the car online and contacted the dealership and from then to closing the deal Mr. Hepp was very responsive and answered any questions I had, which made my first experience a good one!
