He then proceeded to bring me over to his desk and said “that’ll be $150.” At 9:30pm. None of this was mentioned before. - [ ] He had to drive off site to get my car, a 17 minute drive he said, and the finance team said “we’ll get you out of here quickly” and then it proceeded to be almost 2 hours. - [ ] I didn’t even know what my monthly payment is either leaving the place. He said $387 but then it would be $13/month for the tire and wheel. And then on my paperwork the first month payment is listed as $411. - [ ] I wanted to see how my monthly payment would change putting $4000 vs $5000 down but we didn’t even have time. We were there for 4 hours. - [ ] Finance guy said it was “his mistake” the next day. He said when he “gets above water” he will contact me. I waited several days and so I finally showed up and was there another hour to get answers. While I was there, he was making a bunch of weird noises while redoing all the finance paperwork. It came off as disrespectful. I had to come back because it was their mistakes. - [ ] It was very disorganized. I regret working with this dealership and I will never work with this or another Morrie’s again. More
