Thank you for your review. As explained, the car you were interested in was not in an accident; the front bumper cover was damaged by a parking stop and needed replacement. It was scheduled for repair, and you came in to see the car before the repair. You did ask why I didn’t update Carfax and the description to record the accident. I explained to you it was not in an accident and that I do not have the ability to update Carfax. I showed you the list of reconditioning items, including the bumper cover, to indicate the standard of care Crown Honda took when getting vehicles ready for sale.
