The dealership is very service oriented. They picked up my car and returned it. They evaluated my break issues and as requested did a quick once over prior to a long road trip I had planned, They picked up my car and returned it. They identified it was covered under my extended warranty. We set up an appointment after my return. Thank you Soerens Ford! More

Was not too pleased with my initial appointment. Had a brand new key fob programmed. When the key fob was programmed it messed up my inside dimmer switch on the touch screen and my ambient lighting Had a brand new key fob programmed. When the key fob was programmed it messed up my inside dimmer switch on the touch screen and my ambient lighting was gone. Brought it in again and they reprogram the interior however did not reprogram my second key fob so I brought it right back in they reprogram the second key fob but now my ambient lighting and the dimmer switch does not work so I'll be bringing it back in again not too happy. More

If I could, I would leave a ZERO review for Soerens Ford due to the way the Soerens Ford Business Manager, Jayce Soder is treating me. I have requested his help in a matter concerning the last vehicle I pu due to the way the Soerens Ford Business Manager, Jayce Soder is treating me. I have requested his help in a matter concerning the last vehicle I purchased from Soerens. He assured me he would help, that was 5 weeks ago. To date, I have left multiple voicemails and emails, but Jayce Soder refuses to respond. Since 2012 I have purchased 6 vehicles from Soerens Ford. I will no longer consider Soerens Ford when I’m in the market for a new vehicle due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that Jayce Soder personifies. More
