Hi,when I buy the vehicle i get the lifetime oil change plan,so last I go to the oil change they do the tire rotation for me ,I just pay for the walmart install two new tire at the front ,they switched it plan,so last I go to the oil change they do the tire rotation for me ,I just pay for the walmart install two new tire at the front ,they switched it to back ,so at this time I go back for the oil change is ask them to fix it they said going to charge me ,is unbelievable I don't want to pay for it because they never ask me before they do the tire rotation. ZERO communication- they do not answer the phone or return voicemails! So good luck if you have any issue. Terrible customer service. The service department at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno leaves much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unav much to be desired. I bought a used car from Lithia Hyundai in April 2022, three months later and I'm having problems with the several things: First I got a flat tire and took it to a local American Tire to fix, but they co three months later and I'm having problems with the several things: First I got a flat tire and took it to a local American Tire to fix, but they couldn't get the tire off, because it had locks, which Lithia didn't supply the key to, so as I was driving the car to Lithia to get that fixed, my airbag warning light came on, as did a lost communication warning for the ABS braking system and lost vehicle speed and lost wheel distance messages. That was Saturday and I've been calling to see what is going on and NO ONE returns my calls. If I could give less than one star I would. More
