Tyler contacted me on Monday to inform me that the vehicle had been received by the dealership and set up a pick-up date of Wednesday. Tyler worked through all of the paperwork and financing over the phone to ensure a smooth transition when we arrived. Upon arriving on Wednesday, Tyler greeted us with a completed documentation package, reviewed the documents with us for accuracy, and introduced us to the finance manager. Once the documentation had been finalized, Tyler gave us a tour of the service department and reviewed/set some of the personalized settings for our Pilot. Tyler was very professional, informative, and personable during our entire experience. It was an enjoyable experience for us. I would highly recommend purchasing from Vally Honda and asking for Tyler when you arrive. More

Great First Car Buying Experience I found a car online and contacted Valley Honda to make sure it was available before I made the 2 hour drive to look at it. There was a miscommunication and getting the car to the dealership was delayed, but Tyler made sure we were taken care of during the delay. We were informed immediately when the car arrived, took a look at & drove it, and got started on the paperwork. Along the way, I had many questions, and Tyler and the other staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. I received follow-up communication after my purchase to make sure I didn't have any lingering questions or concerns, which was great. You don't feel pressure, you feel like hanging out with the nicest people who actually give a *$@$%@# about you and your car buying needs. The dealership is bar none the most open, chill, clean I've seen and feels more like a coffee bar/hang out place than a high-pressure trap. When I find a great solution, service or brand I'm very loyal and refer the hell out of them.
