I don’t like to throw employees under the bus, especially without fully understanding the circumstances, but I do want to share my experience. The past few visits, I’ve been quoted similar time frames for a standard oil change service (around 1.5 to 1.75 hours). Unfortunately, the actual service times have consistently far exceeded that estimate. Some taking over 3 hours, with one close to 4. On my most recent visit, after waiting 2 hours I checked in and was told it would be “about 10 more minutes.” It ultimately took nearly 30 minutes longer. The extended service times have become unreasonable, and it feels like the overall level of customer service has been steadily declining over the past few years. More

I arrived on time for 1:15pm appointment on Aug. 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is re 19 for the Green Service. After waiting for 1hr30 mins I texted the agent Kevin who managed my service. About 20 mins later, he called me my car is ready. On my way back home, I found my old service label is still on my window without the new service label. This makes me not very happy. Paying $119 for the green service,, the technician didn't even get me a new service label to reminder me for the next service time. I do hope the technician did the other service (those invisible to me) for my car. More
