Very professional throughout the process of buying my vehicle from the Shottenkirk lot. All personnel that I came in contact with were quite cordial and professional. This is my fourth Rav-4 the fi vehicle from the Shottenkirk lot. All personnel that I came in contact with were quite cordial and professional. This is my fourth Rav-4 the first I have bought from Toyota of Ft. Worth and three from Jerry Durant/Shottenkirk. The added fees that were non-negotiable are absurd and should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing. Tyler was frustrated when he couldn’t upsell warranties and seemed to lose interest in my o should be part of the listed price. Paul was amazing.
