I purchase a new vehicles every 2-3 years. I like a no nonsense experience and Bradford delivered! His product knowledge is world class. Like any vehicle purchase, there is a lot to manage, understand, and discuss. Bradford made this experience top tier! Sales management was engaged early and did NOT make this feel "salesy". It was a pleasant experience and very collaborative. I got the number for my trade that I wanted and I purchased the new RAM for the price I wanted. If it helps, know this; because the experience with Bradford was so good, two days later I sold my wife's car and bought another new car from Bradford. There is rarely an "easy button" with car purchasing. Bradford challenges that concept. A+++ More

I have purchased many vehicles of all kinds and all different price points over the years, and have never had a salesperson go out their way as Bradford has. Stay away from Heritage Chrysler Dodge in Owings Mills My recent experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership has been profoundly disappointing. I drove over an hour to visit the dealership Mills My recent experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership has been profoundly disappointing. I drove over an hour to visit the dealership, where I met Chantal and was shown a 2017 Chevy LT 1500 V8. After conducting a thorough inspection and taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was assured by Gregg and Chris that the faulty side mirrors' blinkers would be repaired. However, the truck was delivered to my residence with the issue unresolved and big dent that had not been disclosed. I refused to accept the vehicle. Chris, the store manager, then contacted me and falsely claimed that the truck's damage had been present at the time of purchase, which was later contradicted by Michael, the GM as well as Gregg and Chantal. The dealership ultimately made the necessary repairs, but neglected to provide the registration for the new tags. Chris's conduct throughout this process has been highly unprofessional. And he is not honest. More

This is long, but please read the entire review. So, perhaps the worst thing that a new car buyer fears happened to me. In October 2024 I bought a brand new 2024 Wrangler Sport. Within a mont So, perhaps the worst thing that a new car buyer fears happened to me. In October 2024 I bought a brand new 2024 Wrangler Sport. Within a month it was in the shop four (4) times for the same issue. I was obviously discouraged, frustrated, etc. On the fourth attempt I was prepared to litigate the Lemon Law in Maryland. George Ayoub - Service General Manager - Him and his department did everything they could to fix the vehicle. George did everything he said he would/could do to make the situation right. Honest fellow. Tykai Martin - Sales Manager - Awesome. Does what he says he was going to do. Clear communication and and follow through with this ENTIRE experience. Anthony Zgorski - Sales Department - Got me in and out with the process. Hard worker. Good communicator. Gregg Smith - Finance Department - So, I have been through this process twice now with Gregg. He is excellent. He listens to you when you speak. He did not try to up-sale me on anything. I REALLY appreciate that. Michael Yoon - General Manager - I have to be honest, when I went in to his office I was not happy. Michael listened to me and smiled then said what he was going to do. At first, I did not believe him and was reluctant. But in the end, he did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. I mean everything. I still can't believe it. Overall, I have to say that every person I have mentioned above are excellent at their respective jobs. They say success rises and falls on leadership; if true that falls on Michael. He is true to his word. I really appreciate all that him and his staff did for me as a customer. I will be servicing my Jeep at Heritage. When I buy another vehicle I will be going to Heritage. I contacted several dealerships trying to find the Jeep that I always wanted. I got alot of contacts, emails, calls, voicemails, promises ... and nothing. Then I reached out to Heritage CDJR and talked that I always wanted. I got alot of contacts, emails, calls, voicemails, promises ... and nothing. Then I reached out to Heritage CDJR and talked to Tykai and Jalen. They both tag-teamed to find what I wanted. They found it in New York. They made the arrangements, then went to get it and bring it to Heritage. Then came the time to sign and go to the Finance Dept (I am never a fan) to see Gregg. I told Gregg that I was not interested in anything except signing and rolling out with my Jeep. He did not (not even once) try to push anything on me - nothing. I really respect that. He got me out of there very quickly. Very fair price, excellent service and now it is in my driveway. So, if you want some folks that will "listen" to you and work "for" you, reach out to Tykai and/or Jalen. These fellows don't mess around. And when the time comes to go to the Finance Department, tell them you want Gregg. He really knows his stuff. You won't regret any of it. As a result, I will be getting all of my service from Heritage CDJR. Worth the drive. More
