Originally from Eastern Washington, grew up on a farm and later as a Navy dependent. Served in the US Air Force as an accountant. Began as a service porter in Seattle WA., practiced as a warranty administrator, assistant service manager and as a service manager at two stores with the last one for fifteen years. Have three daughters and a son, with my son and youngest daughter playing sports for Prosper schools. My wife of eighteen years is also in the automotive business and works for one of our competitors.

Our catalytic converters on our fleet trucks were stolen, Tyge handled our entire debacle, and his customer service is superb! Service was amazing. Courteous professional and got the service done in under 60 minutes like the advisor said, even gave me a complimentary wash. I have always had excellent service at Pat Lobb Toyota. My husband and I have purchased numerous cars from them since they first opened.
