A roller coaster to success! My wife and I visited the dealership on Friday night to make a deal for two new vehicles. Unfortunately, the desired colors were not available. Our salesman, Ty, offered every option to make us happy. We test drove several cars and decided on different models. Unfortunately, due to a mis-communication, a deal was struck on an incorrect trim of one of the models. That's where Tony stepped in. He couldn't have worked harder to make things right. His commitment to satisfying us was unparalleled. Once everything was cleared up, we visited Alex's office to complete the paperwork. He made the process fast and simple.
