I was denied service on a recall technician refused to diagnose transmission recall because my vehicle smelled like smoke. Management told me it was because of his liver transplant.. Poor Customer Service Bought a set of parts, was up-charged after purchase, then and was refused a return even though the parts were still brand new and still in the bag.
