THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I've ever been to. This dealership pulled the "bait and switch" on me. Had me drive 1.5 hours away at night after they reached out to me and confirmed multiple times the vehicle I was coming to purchase was available, took me to the vehicle when I arrived, sat in it took videos of it and I said ill take it. Johnathan Paciello said great it yours, took me back to their office, went over pricing and paperwork for 2 hours as he went back and forth with Tucker Allocca confirming the vehicle was mine and the terms of the lease, gave me the paperwork for the car with the lease terms included and Johns writing, took my credit card and all my personal information, shook my hand and told me congratulations the car is mine and I'm getting an incredible deal on it I wont get anywhere else. My mother then tried to purchase an E-Class as well and Johnathan Paciello completely blew her and the sale off, and gave her numbers that made zero sense. He again walked away to speak with Tucker Allocca multiple times and casually came back and threw in "oh yeah by the way Caroline's car already sold" with zero remorse. His only excuse was this vehicle, which was sold 2 WEEKS PRIOR, wasn't put in the system. At least four people confirmed the availability of this vehicle for me before I came. How did they not know it was sold after hours of doing paperwork and telling me it was my car. advertising this car to the public for at least two weeks after the car sold, and then all of a sudden out of the blue they realized it was sold? No chance. They had zero intention of selling me the car. Tucker Allocca and Johnathan Paciello wouldn't look my mother or I in the face on the way out and said they would make it right first thing in the morning. Leaving in tears defeated, humiliated, and duped, My mother and I then drove home 1.5 hours in the dark without the car we came to purchase and that was sold to me. 12:30pm the next day came and went, and no one from Mercedes of Little Silver contacted me. I then called the general manager Victor Giamanco who told me he would call me back in 20 minutes. Two hours later and he never called me back. I then called him and again and he said "yeah I apologize I don't know you know they certainly should have looked in the other system and they didn't and should have done the prior to you coming." "you're 100% right you know because of what happened last night we we've adjusted our process and it's going to be marked in every system and they're going to look in the main system which they should have done they should have done prior to you coming." "doesn't help you any but it's not gonna happen again because of what happened but unfortunately most of those cars are sold." Victor Giamanco could not find me a car of the same value to make the situation right. This dealership also bounced me around between multiple employees as I was supposed to me with the other John when I arrived and never was told why he wasn't there as I spoke with him 15 minutes before I arrived and he told me he was there waiting for me. Mercedes-Benz of Little Silver and their employees actively mislead me through multiple advertisements, phone calls, emails, and text messages. They misrepresented the availability of the vehicle and failed to fulfill their obligation to sell it to the car to me. DO NOT go to this dealership as you will most likely be a victim of consumer fraud. More
