I began my career in the automotive industry in December 2022 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett team for the past three years. I was born and raised in Georgia, but my family’s roots are in Vietnam. My family’s journey to the United States is one of courage and resilience — after the Vietnam War, my father took a leap of faith, captaining a small boat with my mother (who was pregnant with my older brother at the time) and 50 others fleeing Vietnam. They navigated dangerous waters, evading pirates, and eventually reached the Philippines, where my brother was born before the family immigrated to America. Their strength and bravery continue to inspire me every day. Fun fact: I can still do a handstand — I think! What I love most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible people I get to work with and the positive, supportive environment we share. It truly feels like being part of something special.

An enjoyable experience. I felt that my vehicle would get a first rate inspection and it did. I was buying this car and I found few scratches and the delear manager told me they could not anything about this but can do some detailing.. the representative did not explain about the car fractures . There was a lot of upselling on items and services I did not need. I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't even get the tire rotation. My brake fluid was changed, pvc valve changed, wa not need. I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't even get the tire rotation. My brake fluid was changed, pvc valve changed, was told I needed a battery. I did not need a battery. Was told was tire on the right side had two wheel studs seized therefore rotation couldn't be done. They tried to charge me over $1200. I said no to most of the service and still paid over $400. I will not go back to subaru of Gwinnett. More
