Dealership is ok. Friendly. They did not do a good job orienting me to the new car and its features. The key fob battery died after a few weeks and when i called the Friendly. Nothing was mentioned to us that a garage door opener was not standard equipment. We paid premium price for this car, but because we didn't ask about the opener, we did not get it. We have had 3 Toyota's in not standard equipment. We paid premium price for this car, but because we didn't ask about the opener, we did not get it. We have had 3 Toyota's in the last 17 years and never asked about a garage door opener, it was also standard equipment. so very dissapointed about this. When we expressed this, Troy did not handle well, but Jeff did. More
