The title that you sent with car is INCOMPLETE .. we CANNOT register it in Calif with what you gave us so again you have sold this car illegally without title . So, the car I went to see on a Friday was still in detail. Troy made sure the car (RX-350), once delivered Saturday, was put aside just for me. I worked that day and couldn't get down there until 4:30 PM. The RX was just the car, with all the extra safety features we were looking for. And while I'm waiting for all the paperwork, and the appraisal of my trade-in, Troy serves up homemade lasagna. None of that snack-crackers and left over Halloween candy. As the entire process continued, we ended the night wishing we had more time to just talk about police work, his being a Redwings fan, and a boxing fan as well. ( My father was an ex-boxer ). Needless to day, the RX is a fine automobile. I'd say I'm looking forward to doing business again; however, at my age, I think this car just might outlive me. My recommendation: if you need a Lexus in Wilmington, go straight to the top! Ask for "The Mayer!" More
