I cannot say enough positive comments about Troy Ditsworth at Wilde Honda in Madison WI. The hybrid car we went there to see was sold just before getting there, but Troy took A LOT of time to show Ditsworth at Wilde Honda in Madison WI. The hybrid car we went there to see was sold just before getting there, but Troy took A LOT of time to show us a similar one and explained in great detail, in an easy-to-understand fashion, all the features and how to use them. This continued into the test drive. His knowledge of the car and the Honda brand was impressive. Unfortunately we ended up not buying the car due to the mileage (higher than what we were comfortable with), but were are sold on Troy, his depth of knowledge and professional manner in working with customers. And kudos to Wilde Honda for having such a valuable asset. Should we ever be interested in a car again at Wilde Honda we'll certainly ask for Troy. More

The staff here have all been very professional with me despite how busy the place has been each time I visit. I recently purchased a used 2017 Nissan Rogue, and worked with Troy Ditsworth. This was my fourth vehicle from Wilde, but my first used vehicle purchase with them. From beginning to end, Troy was amazing to work with. He easily found several vehicles in my price/payment range and presented them to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their inventory in general. I never felt pressured and felt like Troy understood exactly what I was looking for. Syed handled the financing piece, and it was a breeze to complete. They were even able to get me financed through my own credit union, which I thought might be a struggle. I will continue to return to Troy, and Wilde for all of my vehicle needs and 100% recommend them to any friends and family in the market for a vehicle. More

Of all the car sales people that I have worked with over the years, Troy is at the top of this list. He was incredibly attentive. He worked hard to get me all the information I requested and arranged for me the years, Troy is at the top of this list. He was incredibly attentive. He was great at explaining the features of the cars I was looking at and gave very thorough answers to all of my questions. After I asked him to keep me up-dated on the availability of cars that fit what I was looking for, he checked in with me on a daily basis during the period in which I was looking for cars. He's a really sincere and nice person. Next time, I'm in the market for a car, I will make an effort to meet with him. I'm sure there are other good sales people at Wilde, but I would make it a point to talk to Troy! More
