Troy Davis is an excellent sales Rep. I've been dealing with for over 20 years. I lease cars from Conicelli and Troy is my guy that I deal with everytime and I'm always pleased. I have purchased two cars from Troy Davis at Conicelli. One for my son and one for myself. Troy is not a typical pushy sales man. Not the greatest experience I had read many great reviews about Conicelli which made me look forward to my visit. Sure enough, I was greeted by friendly employees and my salesper I had read many great reviews about Conicelli which made me look forward to my visit. Sure enough, I was greeted by friendly employees and my salesperson Troy was fantastic. He answered all my questions and made the process very easy for me. However, when I met with sales consultant Azi to make my payment, not only did he repeatedly try to sell me additional warranty (after I declined multiple times and he assured me he would not bring it up again), when I explained it would be out of my budget his response was "Don't give me any of that, you're paying with cash so I know you have the money." I had a great experience during most of my visit at Conicelli, unfortunately I left with a negative impression. More

After shopping at several dealers for a better buy, I settled on Conicelli, because they offered me the best price that I could find. The friendly Sales Consultant, Mr. Troy Davis was very patient in letting me test drive several cars before I picked the one I liked most. My preferred color combination was not in stock, but he would not rest until he found one in their dealership network. He went well above his call of duty and worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted. The car was delivered promptly within a few days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONICELLI'S SALES AND SERVICE. Sales process reasonably satisfactory but followup atrocious Purchased Hyundai Equus on Aug. 1, 2015, and because used car mgr. Chuck Butler, resolved issues on that date, I wrote a positive testimonial about hi Purchased Hyundai Equus on Aug. 1, 2015, and because used car mgr. Chuck Butler, resolved issues on that date, I wrote a positive testimonial about him and Conicelli dealership. After that date, I learned that my vehicle with 71 miles on odometer could not be registered in Md. where I reside without a safety inspection certificate although title rep took all fees from me and stating registration would be done promptly in md. I received temporary tags that expired on Sept. 1st. Despite my frantic calls to title representatives, E-mails to Chuck Butler and lengthy phone message to owner, Dominic Conicelli, Jr. no one responded. I called owner again, asking on phone message whether he got my lengthy message, he replying that he did but was busy with meetings. Incredible! He said Richard Hauk would call but when I returned his call, not uncharacteristicly, he ignored my call. As of this writing, there have been no apologies for what is certain. I will receive new tags after my temporary paper tags expired. If owner did not attempt to make things right and apologize for multiple failures of replies and for employee incompetence, why should anyone deal with the Conicelli organization.
