Troy began his career in the automotive industry in 2013, starting out in motorcycle sales before transitioning into car sales. His passion for helping clients find the right vehicle and guiding them through the buying process led him to take the next step in his career, becoming a Finance Manager in 2017. Curtis was such a patient, helpful salesman. I wanted a specific Audi and he worked behind the scenes to make it happen. Troy, the finance manager sealed the deal. Both Curtis, the salesman and Troy, the finance manager were very nice. Even though we were buying a pre owned Honda and not an Audi, they gave us the same attention they would have given Audi buyers. I wo were very nice. Bridget was amazing to work with. I was able to do the majority of the deal through text and 1 phone call. Then went to Wyoming Valley Audi and finish everything in less than a hour. Not often can a someone review a business after 25 years as a customer and 40 years after first walking through their doors. Here with Goodwin, l mean Wyoming Valley Motors, l can honestly say they never le as a customer and 40 years after first walking through their doors. Here with Goodwin, l mean Wyoming Valley Motors, l can honestly say they never let me down. As a "needy" young customer at service, the staff always found a way to help me out. As a regular old customer with boring warranty work, they accepted my jobs and finished them up promptly and properly. Now, as a more affluent and experienced customer at the sales department, everything l knew about and expected from WVM, made this deal happen. Where as l wasn't really looking for a new car, when I saw the ad with a solid price, l instantly knew l could call Curtis to iron out the paperwork, which he and Troy did, with zero hitches. Considering my complex trade deal, etc....they did awesome. l honestly ended up with exactly the car l wanted, at an ideal price, the deal delivered in a matter of hours. Best part was not leaving town to do it. WVM came through. More
