When we got to Pensacola, Troy was just as helpful and knowledgeable in person as he was on the telephone! His knowlege of the Hyundai Elantra we bought was excellent and even a week after purchase when I was in Pensacola at an appointment and stopped by unannounced he helped me out with a technical problem and was kind and helpful! Would definitely do business there again and I highly recomment Allen Turner for your car buying experience! More

He was informative, Troy was our sales person and he was wonderful! We even caught up with him for breakfast the day after we bought our new Genesis. He was informative, helpful and knew everything related to the vehicle and was able to explain it easily. Shahid, our finance person, was great! We bought our first vehicle from him and for our second purchase, he did our financing. He made it simple, direct and helped us get what we wanted because we had bought from there previously. I would recommend Troy for your sales person and Shahid to help with your financing! They are wonderful people! As long as the quality of the Hyundai line continues, we will get our next vehicle from Troy! And, hopefully Shahid will do the financial part. Thanks guys! More

We visited Allen Turner Hyundai with the hope of downsizing within our tiny budget. I have never experienced a dealership with such class. I was amazed at how professional the team members were. The one that was most impressive was Mr. Troy Cox. He helped us find exactly what we needed and fast. He was kind to my family, and fantastic to work with. They helped us find a new vehicle that was in budget and with just enough room for our little family. We are very happy with the car, but even happier with the feeling this business left us with. They really care about customers. You can tell by the way the customer lounge area is set up and the respectful way they treat you. They are also innovative...so many services and features are available online. Thank you, Allen Turner Hyundai! We will be back when it's time to purchase or next vehicle without a doubt! More
