Tom did an incredible job getting us into our new CRV! He set up an appointment time, met with me on time, and patiently walked me through the paperwork. He also took the time to introduce me to the car and some of its wonderful features. He (and Troy) even STAYED LATE to accommodate my wife getting off work as they needed to meet with her AND "walk her through" the features of the car. The entire process, both sales and finance were beyond 5 stars!!! More
