Like the video of multi point vehicle inspection, wish that advisor would have told me about the video and the accompanying information. Also wish I could have received the point by point inspection summa that advisor would have told me about the video and the accompanying information. Also wish I could have received the point by point inspection summary in print or downloadable format. Don’t understand why service advisor did not point out the slow leak due to embedded screw in one of the tires. They let me drive the car off the premises with a compromised tire without telling me!!! That info was buried in the video (received after the service) and also not mentioned in the point by point written report. This is a COMMUNICATIONS ISSUE! Additionally, don’t understand why the maintenance required light did not get reset after the oil change. This is a QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE! My impression is that the maintenance technicians do a good job, but their efforts are not adequately communicated to the customer by the advisors. More

Upon entering the dealership, you immediately realize it’s a different kind of place. Everyone smiles, and any staff member who crosses your path greets you and asks if you have been taken care of. Their service is prompt, courteous, and they keep you informed of everything going on. During checkout, they asked me if I wanted to schedule my next visit so that I could get it on my calendar. I put down $1000 on a Sienna minivan and $1000 on a Corolla cross hybrid. I checked on periodically over the following months and was told that it wasn’t my turn yet. Even though I did not have an appointment, she worked me in. I understood that I would wait, but she made sure I got a ride home.
