My overall experience was not a good one. I came in because I saw a special on the website. There was a special for the 2025 Terrain for $299. I sit down with my fiancé and keep in mind the salesman is taking to my fiancé the whole time even though I’m the one buying the vehicle. We told him about the special and he said yes of course let’s get you to test drive it. He drives us down to another lot and I take it for a spin. I loved it! On the way back to the original dealership the salesman asked if we wanted to see something cool the Hummer EV(he drove us down to the other lot in the Hummer EV). We said sure. He waited for traffic to clear and did a complete 360 in the middle of the road with a police officer right behind us. Then proceeded to speed off from 1-60 in 3 seconds. We came back and decided to go over numbers. They come back and said it would be close to 600 a month. My fiancé asked why we didn’t qualify for the special. He was unaware that there was a special (apparently).They come back and said it was a typo and the special was actually for the 2024 Terrain. They then said they could put me in a 2024 Terrain and I wasn’t happy with that option. They then tried to do a so called “aggressive offer” on the 2025 terrain and lowered it by about $40 a month. So just beware that they falsely advertised for the 2025 GMC Terrain. They wasted my time and put my safety at risk. More

If it was possible will be 0 star rating , Called and txt Bdc department for a vehicle on stock waited an hour and half to get a respond from the sales person Tri Dao but no respond at all , called 6 differe Bdc department for a vehicle on stock waited an hour and half to get a respond from the sales person Tri Dao but no respond at all , called 6 different times to speak to a manager 6 DIFFERENT TIMES and only thing I got was a voicemail . Receptionist stated they are too busy to answer the phone right now and they will call me later ,10 am in the morning and all ur 13 sales ppl are busy including 5 mgr in the facility ???? Ur business must be booming with this kind of xxxxty customer service , I was not under impression that I have to call and beg the dealership to sell me a car , Very unprofessional 0⭐️ More

Tri was awesome and he did everything in his power along with his Manager to get me in my new Envision. I will be back in 2 years to lease or maybe buy this time and I hope Tri is still around. Very clean and the staff was nice but I was charged extra, unfortunately after my deal was completed I found out the extra money I paid was already paid to Gm by the dealer so I was told I had to pay i extra, unfortunately after my deal was completed I found out the extra money I paid was already paid to Gm by the dealer so I was told I had to pay it hence the higher note but I later found out that was not the case. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️. Just wish I had known that before signing on the dotted line. But things happen for a reason so I guess it was meant to be 😏. My salesman was ahmazing!!! Super detailed and he fed me so it’s a win win 🙃 More
