Love 5 star ford of Carrollton, I've been going there for approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my tru approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my truck. With today's inflation one would think businesses would be competitive especially when you talking about the exact same service from another Ford dealership a few miles down the road from them. As much as I dislike going to other local dealerships when it comes to saving 40 dollars for the exact service you know where I'm going. The GM of 5star needs to be competitive instead of sending their customers down the road. Update: June 27: I received a call from Ken (Service Manager) and we discussed the above review. After the discussion and the explanation of the price difference, I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation. Ken truly supported what I stated regarding their customer service and loyalty to their customers. Thank you Ken and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford for always putting the customer first. More

Rebolloso, who is a general Sales Manager works very close to Trey. I will advocate for Trey and Sam Pack's Ford Dealerships for any time of the day. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy Ford cars, to go see Trey and his team. We had bought brand new 2010 Ford Fusion, Traded Lexus ES350 to buy 2012 Ford Focus and then 2018 Ford Focus. We absolutely LOVE Jerad Wingard, we've purchased 2 of our 8 cars at Sam Pack's from him. He treats you like family from the time he shakes your hand. He's outstanding about following up and spends time with you showing all the in's and out's of the vehicle you purchase. The entire dealership feels like coming home they always roll out the red carpet. Thanks Jared for being our guy! Reuben and Trey are beyond incredible and have always treated us like family and any referrals we've sent to them. They answer our calls and if we miss them and are very prompt to call us back. This is my 4th vehicle purchase here. Everytime I come back it's like meeting up with old friends. This dealership's Mo. is repeate buisness for a reason. Mr. Russell called me on his personal phone and explained the situation with my trying to get copies of the paperwork from our purchase of a new F-150. As is the case many times miscommunication caused some confusion on my part. Mr. Russell explained the reasons for the problem we were experiencing to my satisfaction. I appreciate Mr. Russell taking the time to call and explain everything to me and offering any other help that we may need. I have faith in this dealership again because of Mr. Russell going above and beyond what he had to do for a valued customer. More
