I was disappointed that my car was not ready as promised. I realize an additional problem was found but I shouldn't have to wait nearly 30 minutes after I showed up to pick the car up to be told the first i I realize an additional problem was found but I shouldn't have to wait nearly 30 minutes after I showed up to pick the car up to be told the first item was still being worked on plus more work I hadn't been informed about needed to be done after that. No problem with the repairs, but I did waste a lot of time with unnecessary waiting in the dealershiop vicinity when I could have gone home since I was willing to pick the car up the next day. More

First time bought vehicle here for 5k services and changed out two new tires. Tires services done right. But the 5k never got it done. But still check off the service statement was done. Mr. Pierce is a novice who needs to learn his craft. I am not a new customer; he is a new service representative. My truck was not washed. The offer to do so was offered after my payment was made. Also, standing near me during a survey is just asinine; and then to say that 'my rating' will determine if you will be there the following day was unacceptable. In future, ALWAYS COMPLETE THE CARWASH as a courtesy for my use of Freeman Toyota's services and the $$$ I spent. The oil change took entirely too long, and I was at least 45 minutes early. My usual guy, Steve Curry, was not available. Of course, the list of repairs was provided. I appreciate the pictures and text messages. There is always room for improvement. I do not have to come to Freeman's; so, if I return, act like you want my business. This visit was a disappointment. More
