I am ammending my previous review. . The salesman and finance was great.. but their follow thru sucks. We only have one remote and they wont even give us another one.. We came from 100 . The salesman and finance was great.. but their follow thru sucks. We only have one remote and they wont even give us another one.. We came from 100 miles away to buy the vehicle and they only gave us 4 gallons of gas upon the sale! I have never bought a vehicle that didnt have a full tank upon the sale. And I looked online and they are selling our trade in for 7000 more than what they gave us for it. I know they need to make money and Im all for that but making that much and no full tank of gas and no extra remote.. not nice. More

I thought my overall experience purchasing my new 2025 Nissan rogue went really well and efficient. I never felt like I was waiting too long for anything. I had the opportunity to test drive what I wanted Nissan rogue went really well and efficient. I never felt like I was waiting too long for anything. I had the opportunity to test drive what I wanted and they answered all of the questions that I had except there was an issue connecting my car to the Nissan connect app. 2 separate salesmen had issues signing me up and then once I was signed up, I didn’t have the ability to remote start the vehicle from the App. I was told to give it 24 hours and left without it being resolved. The next day I called the number that was given to me in my welcome email and I was told that The options for remote start and climate control are temporarily not available because the company is working to fix an issue with it, however it no one at the dealership was aware of that information making that extra time I spent there not necessary. I would just recommend that the dealership is up-to-date on this kind of information. More
