All the staff and sale team were very nice and helpful. I got the feeling they did everything they were allowed to do. But I felt I paid more than I should have to get the forever warranty. Had to pay stick got the feeling they did everything they were allowed to do. But I felt I paid more than I should have to get the forever warranty. Had to pay sticker, not the advertised price on line. Also undercoating was $699 when Ziebart charges $399/$499. Depending if they went up into the doors for rustproofing. Still trying to figure out if that was done. I need to call them and ask. But got it because I have no way of getting it there myself and leaving it. So that was a help to me and worth the extra cost. Also it only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and it was somewhat dirty. Several of my co-workers commented on that when I drove it to work later that day. All in all the experience was wonderful compared to my experience when I bought my 2005 Trailblazer in 2005 at the Gates used car lot down town South Bend. That was bad and I was very apprehensive about buying from Gates again. But hopefully this will all work out this time and I will be very happy with my RAV4 for years to come. More

Mike Fahey and Trent Jackson were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Mike spent a lot of time allowing me to drive numerous vehicles so that we could experience the difference between all of them. Mike did not pressure me at any time to buy right now, and he was very informative about the vehicles we test drove. If he did not know the answer to something, he would find out. We went in on a day that we were ready to make a decision, Mike was off that day. However, Trent, who works with Mike, allowed me to drive another car yet, then we briefly discussed some numbers with one of the managers. The color car we wanted was not there, so I gave them a deposit and they had it there the next day. I was very impressed with everything Gates Toyota and these two gentlemen, as they made our car buying experience very pleasant. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Gates Toyota in South Bend, Indiana on Ireland Rd. More
