I was pleasantly surprised how pleasant and polite everyone was at the dealership was from the receptionist , the sales person , (Berrin) , office manager and the owner. Berrin was exceptional and lis everyone was at the dealership was from the receptionist , the sales person , (Berrin) , office manager and the owner. My car wouldn't start and I was stranded. ''Good To Bad Experience'' No issues with the purchase of the truck, i cant say anything bad about the salesmen he was great! After weeks of driving the engine light popped on a No issues with the purchase of the truck, i cant say anything bad about the salesmen he was great! After weeks of driving the engine light popped on and i took it in. Service worked on it and fixed other issues but not the engine light. After several visits with engine light on they could not find the issue. They let me know that they are taking the truck to Chevy to have them look at it. Chevy found the issue Number 8 Cylinder bad injector. Now i get a call saying it will cost me 1000.00 and i explained that it is a pre-existing issue that covered under warranty. I get a call back saying we will go 50/50 with you! So i ask why should i have to pay anything. Because i have put 6000 miles on truck and it could have been anything in that time frame. But when Chevy found the issue it was a stored code so if there was any other issues they would have found them also. I'm very mechanically inclined and now have to find the time to replace all the injectors since the whole intake has to come off why not replace them all. I'm really pissed that i spend 35,000+ and they will not take care of it! I guess that's what i get for going against my better judgement and going to a real Dealership. More

BEST AUTO PURCHASE IN MY 50 YEARS OF BUYING AUTOMOBILES When I originally went in to maybe purchase a vehicle at Benz and Beemer I liked the fact the showroom was spotless and so was the inventory. I was greeted by my salesman " Jeff Hallenbeck," and unbeknownst to me at the time, was to also become a good friend. Down to earth, humorous and made my experience so pleasant that at times when i'm in the neighborhood I actually stop in to say "hello" and look at some of the "blow you away" editions to they're inventory. Jeff's demeanor, his ability to listen, understand, and show you what would fit your taste and lifestyle makes the buying experience the best I have ever had. No wasted time in showing me things just to sell a car. It was obvious we were on the same page and he cared, genuinely about what I was looking for. I bought for the car, but Jeff let me leave with confidence and trust in my purchase. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with "Jack" the owner of this exquisite, classy, dealership. What a shock. He wasn't this arrogant stuffed shirt that he very well could have been. He was as down to earth as Jeff !! ( I secretly think they're brothers ) Anyone reading this, I almost never write these things but there is only 1 place I will go from now on for my purchase. Benz and Beemer. The experience was fun, Jeff knew his inventory well and the reason I gave 5 stars is because they didn't have 6 !! More
