Don't do business with these people! My wife and daughter went in there with a nail in the tire and they talked her into buying 4 new tires. We only had 35,000 miles on them. They have a 65,000 mile guantee from the manufacturer. They told my wife they had a "special deal." It wasn't a deal. It was full-retail. Then charged her $99.80 to mount and balance, $39.80 to dispose of the old tires, $119.95 for alignment and $30 to pay with a credit card. Last time my wife had an oil change and tire rotation their "mechanic" somehow ripped off the whole wheel assembly. They tightened the wheels SO tight when they fixed their mistake (5 days later) that I couldn't even get the wheel off to put on the spare yesterday. I'm 240lbs and was standing on the tire iron and it wouldn't even budge. Needless to say... we won't be back and will be spreading the word to everyone I can. More
