We’ve always used for services. We’re thankful they repaired our vehicle with less than 80,000 miles that had to have transmission replaced. Only thing I have problems with is the fact that you are told we will call back and you get no communication, hard to find out status on repair work. It took 6 phone calls to even get someone to answer the phone to direct me to service and when I finally got someone, the “consultant” was less than friendly.
